Coco Mango Let's go to Kauai! I happen to know of a little organic Cafe there, called the Mermaid Cafe. Let's park ourselves on plastic chairs, under an umbrella'ed table. Fresh Mango on plates in front of us, cup o'smoothie nearby. Balmy breezes sighing past us, while the scent of coconut and a myriad of other fruits drift past our noses. I could sit here all day and watch the world go by!
