Need more soap? We ship flat rate Priority 8 regular bars for $4.95! 4 Herbal Bars for $4.95- up to 40 mixed combo of soaps, scrubs, lotions for 10.95 priority ship!! Paypal will NOT reflect those charges, however I WILL refund the difference of your shipping when I receive your order.
What's your Privacy Policy?
We here at The Greenhouse Soaps respect your right to privacy! We do not sell, give or rent your information to anyone.
Where visitors choose to provide us with information such as a Name, Address or Email information, in which to purchase products or receive newsletters. We keep all lists confidential.
How do I pay for my merchandise?
Easy! We have a PalPal Checkout. A PayPal account is not necessary. Pay with your PayPal account OR use your Credit Card or Debit Card. If paying by Paypal your package will be shipped to the address you have on file. If you choose to write an e-check, PayPal does not release the funds until the check has cleared which usually takes 3 or 4 business days. Your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared and PayPal releases the funds.

Money Orders
Simply e-mail The Greenhouse Soaps with the following information, make sure to use 'Order' in the subject line of the e-mail.
List the items you'd like to order. Making sure to include any fragrance selection if applicable.
I will send you an invoice with the total amount due, including shipping and sales tax (for Florida residents only), and we will give you the address to send your payment. We cannot ship your order until payment has been received and cleared.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax for Florida residents only.
What are your shipping policy's?
We do everything possible to ensure your order is processed within 48 hours of receiving it. I try to keep an adequate stock of soap on hand, but there may be times that our soap has not fully cured and we will have to delay shipment. If so, I usually try to post that under the specific soaps. Including an expected date the soaps will be ready.
During holiday times, delivery time may increase. As we have no control over the merchandise once it is shipped. I usually ship USPS and Priority Mail.
Need more soap? We ship flat rate Priority for $4.95! Ask us what the limit of soaps is!
What's your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our product, items are not returnable for a refund unless there was shipping damage or there was a mistake in the order. We carefully inspect each shipment to make sure the order is complete. In the case of shipping damage, report the damage (and keep all packaging) to the shipper and follow their guidelines for obtaining a reimbursement or replacement.
In the event that a product is defective, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending us a note Email us here.
Packing Materials & Upcycling
We here at The Greenhouse Soaps are committed to upcycling. We upcycle all packaging materials (peanuts, bubble wrap etc.) sent to us by suppliers along with any boxing material we acquire. To keep YOUR shipping costs down we ship as economically as possible, meaning frilly boxes and pretty paper wrappings are not included.
