Cinnamon

Smell that wonderful spicy scent of Cinnamon? Well now we need to head to Sri Lanka!

Sri Lanka is where the first cinnamon trees were ever recorded in history, yes cinnamon comes from trees! So sit back a spell and let's head to Aida Hotel in Bentota.

A fantastic restaurant so I'm told, over looking the Bentota river. Beside curry dishes that make the mouth water, I'm aiming for a nice cup of tea with cinnamon. Not the cinnamon found here in the states, I'm talking about Ceylon cinnamon, which isn't as strong as the Cassia cinnamon found back home. I'm dreaming about sitting back in my chair, the charming waiter bringing me a nice cup of cinnamon tea. Can you smell the delicious pungent aroma, making your mouth water? Does your mind wander to sitting beside a fire all cuddled in a blanket as snow swirls outside the window? Quick take a small sip for me!

Coco Mango

Let's go to Kauai! I happen to know of a little organic Cafe there, called the Mermaid Cafe. Let's park ourselves on plastic chairs, under an umbrelled table. Fresh Mango on plates in front of us, cup o'smoothie nearby. Balmy breezes sighing past us, while the scent of coconut and a myraid of other fruits drift past our noses. I could sit here all day and watch the world go by!

Florida Sunshine

Off the beaten path of tourist beaches is a place called, Pass-a-Grille, really there isn't much to do there but the flavor of Florida is so true. Travel south past the Don Cesar, yup two stop lights past it. And you'll come across the quietest beach in the area. Park your car and take a walk over the wooden bridges and dotting of sea oats. You can't help but hear the ocean churning against the sand. Seagulls laughing, stiff breeze blowing. Take your blanket out and sit a spell, can you smell the ocean breeze? Almost touch the sun? You'd better get your lotion out before you go hunting for shells.

Lavender

Have you ever seen a Lavender field? I have, perfectly placed rows of purple gently swaying in the breeze. Green stalks peeking out from the weight of holding so many tiny blooms, sun shining and the tranquility of not having to be anywhere, just standing still, enjoying something beautiful. Can you picture it?

Patchouli Musk

My own special blend! Patchouli mixed with a soft musk, a must for any Patchouli lover! I've been told many a time that the musk tones down the "green" smell of the Patchouli.

Shea Butter, Apricot Oil, Castor Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Green Tea, Crushed Rosemary, Organic Goats Milk Powder, Patchouli Essential Oil, Pine Essential Oil, Coco Powder Coloring

Patchouli Essential Oil Anti-inflammatory, Astringent which means it helps heal cuts and wounds and speeds up the fading of scars.
Pine Essential Oil Used for problems like infections, cuts and sores. Pine is also wonderfully relaxing for all those sore muscles. And ranks along with Thyme and Rosemary as one of the most effective oils for fatigue.
Crushed Rosemary Rosemary contains antioxidants, and is a known antiseptic and astringent.
Green Tea Reduces sun damage, by quenching free radicals and reducing inflammation. Topical green tea could help to slow down the development of some signs of aging.
Apricot Kernel Oil It softens and protects tender skin.

This bar helps keep them in tip top shape, ready to play again tomorrow. Patchouli, Pine and a mix of ingredients makes this Man Bar smell outdoorsy and yet musky at the same time, helping to heal all those bumps and bruises!

Lavender Rose Soap
Moisturizing and Healing for Dry and Mature Skin

Avocado Oil, Castor Oil, Rose Water, Aloe Vera Joice, Wild Harvested Rose Petals (crushed), Lavender Essential Oil, Organic Goats Milk Powder, Shea Butter, Palm Kernel Oil, Coconut Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Natural Coloring.

Rose Floral Water (distilled from petals) Soothes irritated skin, one of the mildest moisturizers for mature and sensitive skin types. Anitseptic, astringent and tones.
Rose Petals Not only aesthetically appealing but creates a mild exfoliation in the soap. The petals also release their oils into the soap aiding in moisturizing.
Lavender Essential Oil Used for Centuries, soothes irritated skin, it's antibacterial and calms tension. Lavender helps to heal many different types of skin aliments.
Aloe Vera Juice Long known for it's healing properties, it also reduces inflammations and skin irritations. Aloe is also a moisturizer that may effectively reduce skin dryness.
