Coco Mango Let's go to Kauai! I happen to know of a little organic Cafe there, called the Mermaid Cafe. Let's park ourselves on plastic chairs, under an umbrella'd table. Fresh Mango on plates in front of us, cup o'smoothie nearby. Balmy breezes sighing past us, while the scent of coconut and a myriad of other fruits drift past our noses. I could sit here all day and watch the world go by!

Florida Sunshine Off the beaten path of tourist beaches is a place called, Pass-a-Grille, really there isn't much to do there but the flavor of Florida is so true. Travel south past the Don Cesar, yup two stop lights past it. And you'll come across the quietest beach in the area. Park your car and take a walk over the wooden bridges and dotting of sea oats. You can't help but hear the ocean churning against the sand. Seagulls laughing, stiff breeze blowing. Take your blanket out and sit a spell, can you smell the ocean breeze? Almost touch the sun? You'd better get your lotion out before you go hunting for shells.

Island Breeze Jamaica Man!
For refreshment we've stopped at Montego Bay, a shoppers paradise every color of the rainbow in everything from tee shirts to handmade crafts. But specifically a trip to Jamaica would not be complete without stopping at Margaritaville, Jimmy Buffet's restaurant. Family friendly, a virtual day long party, I feel like part of the community here. Not that I'm a party gal, more that Margaritaville captures the fun of Jamaica. Feeling daring? Let's climb up to the third floor, while the calypso music plays perhaps a dip in the jacuzzi, or what about zooming down the slide that ends up dipping you in the ocean! Back to the first floor, there's a pool right there, in the middle of all the tables. In fact while the music is making my foot tap and I'm waiting for my lunch the kids can burn off some energy splashing around a bit. There really is no need to hurry here.

Key Lime Key West is on our agenda for today! I thought we'd stop in at the ever adorable Kermit's Key West Key Lime Shoppe. Rounding the building you can smell the tart aroma coming from every imaginable key lime tasty treats! Though today I thought I'd try a key lime pie dipped in chocolate on a stick! Talk about decadent, and a real melding of tart and sweet. Even the Key Lime cookies look delicious!

Pineapple
Pineapple's are native to Brazil, so I thought we'd take a trip! I found us a nice little resort, right off the beach with balmy breezes and sea scents floating in the air. How about pulling out some chairs and we'll have lunch on our own private deck. Baked pineapple is our dish for today, sweet and tender baked just right, pineapples with just a touch of lime and sugar. How utterly delicious is the sugary scent that drifts past our noses! Does it taste as decadent as you feel walking down the steps to take a quick swim?
